Letter with a request for support by the Shem Yeshiva of Jerusalem, signed by the Rosh Yeshiva the Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Auerbach. Jerusalem, 1976.
In the letter, the Gaon Rabbi Shmuel appeals to the activist Rabbi Shmuel Shaulzon, the deputy mayor, with a request to act for giving a one-time grant to the yeshiva whose money box is empty and cannot finish a renovation that had began a long time ago. "The yeshiva was established to increase the number of great Sephardic Talmidei Chachamim … and many are knocking on its doors to be accepted".
