* [13] instructions for payment issued by the Etz Chaim Talmud Torah and Yeshiva, Jerusalem [1939-1947]. The signatories who signed these documents include, among others: Rabbi Shmuel Houminer, Rabbi Isser Zalman Meltzer, Rabbi Menacham Gliman-Porush, Rabbi Avraham Yaakov Zaleznik, Rabbi Zvi Pesach Frank and more. Most of these documents are stamped.
*[38] receipts for donations by Mrs. Chava Shachor, from 1959-1960, given from the estate of her Gaon father Rabbi Yehuda Leib Zeltzer to varied institutions.
Rabbi Yehuda Leb ben Rabbi Yitzchak Zeltzer (1869-1959) – was born in Lisk, Russia and immigrated to the USA. The director of the Union of Rabbis in the USA, serving as Rav of several communities in the USA. In his old age, he immigrated to Israel and lived in Tel Aviv. Author of Sefer Massah Yehuda and Zos LiYehuda Shut.
