Short protocol of a meeting of the management of the Etz Chaim institution headed by Maran the Gaon Rabbi Isser Zalman Meltzer and the Gaon Rabbi Yechiel Michl Tukachinsky discussing the illness of the Gaon Rabbi Zvi Pesach Frank. Jerusalem, 1942. 

Protocol of a meeting of the management of the famed institution of Jerusalem, the Etz Chaim Talmud Torah and Yeshiva, that took place on Rosh Chodesh Av 1942. 

The meeting discussed the illness of the great Gaon Rabbi Zvi Pesach Frank, the Rav of Jerusalem, which required many expenses and may Hashem Yisborach send him a speedy recovery. 

The management decided to fund a considerable part of his medical expenses. In exchange for this funding, the Gaon Av Beis Din will not receive the regular payments he has been receiving from Etz Chaim. 

The short document is signed by Maran the Gaon Rabbi Isser Zalman Meltzer the Rosh Yeshiva, the president of Mo’etzes Gedolei HaTorah and Av Beis Din of Slutzk, Rabbi Yechiel Michl Tukachinsky Rosh Yeshiva and the head of the management of the important institution, the father of the "Eretz Yisroel calendar" for the customs and Dinim of Jerusalem and the Holy Land, Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Zeleznik one of the heads of the management of the institution and an important Rav of Jerusalem and Rabbi Aharon Porush Glickman, an important public figure he was also a member of the management of the institution.
