[4], 106 leaves, 32 cm. Ownership stamps of the library of Badatz London and of the Beis Midrash of the holy Rav Rabbi Yoel Teitelbaum of Satmar. 


The Great Gaon Posek HaDor Rabbi Meir Arik [1855-1926], one of the great Poskei HaDor, Rav of important communities. A disciple of Rabbi Yaakov Weidenfeld author of Kochav MiYaakov and of Posek HaDor the Maharsham of Berzen. The close friend of the Gaon Rabbi Yosef Engel of Bendin. Some of his disciples were among the greatest Geonim of Poland and Galicia: the Maharam Shapiro of Lublin, the Holy Gaon of Koziglov, the Holy Gaon Rabbi Yehudali of Dzhikov, the Gaon Rabbi Yehoshua Mendel Aharenberg, the Gaon Rabbi Meshulam Roth of Chernovich, the Gaon Rabbi David Schperber of Brashov and many others. Many of his Torah innovations and writings were lost in turbulent times, however very little were published in his sefer on all parts of the Torah. 

Renewed binding, blemish to the corner of the title page, tears and gluing to the margins of some leaves, stains, pencil notations on the sides of several leaves, fair-good condition.
