Letter by the famed Gaon Rabbi Michael Dov Weissmandel Rosh Yeshivas Nietra for his yeshiva, handwritten by him. "To have a share of our holy Torah we have secluded ourselves in this place in Mount Kisco…"
A broadside, beginning with the words ‘the yeshiva of Nietra’, with a description of the yeshiva, its virtue and importance and an invitation to a Melaveh Malkah party at the Manhattan Plasa for the yeshiva and its new place of residence in Mount Kisco.
The letter was handwritten entirely by the famed Gaon Rabbi Michael Dov Weissmandel Rosh Yeshivas Nietra, who signed ‘The Rashei Yeshiva and the superiors’.
One of the students added on the stationery ‘Handwritten by Rabbi Michael Dov Shalita’.
[1] old stationery of the yeshiva from its early days in Mount Kisco. Approx. 27X21 cm. Tears to the upper part of the leaf. Considerable fold marks. Creases. Stains. Good condition.
