Machzor for Rosh HaShana and Yom Kippur, first section, Sephard version, with the commentaries and Hebrew Teitch, Lemberg, 1871. With which the famed holy Rav the Imrei Chaim of Vizhnitz performed his holy Avodah and from which he prayed in ancient times.
The Machzor is large – for the Ba’al Tefilah. On the title page and on the back flyleaf, the stamp of ‘Chaim Meir Hager the son of the Tzaddik Rav Mohari … of Vizhnitz Tel Aviv‘.
In addition, a pencil notation ‘I have received from the estate of my father and teacher, Adar 1995’ handwritten by the Rebbetzin Mrs. Miriam [Minkla] Cheshin – of the family of the Tzaddik Rav Rabbi Naftali Chaim Adler.
The holy Avodah of the holy Rav the Imrei Chaim on Yamim Noraim, eludes the human mind. His prayer was like a flaming fire, full of Kavanos and Yichudim, tears and joy.
This is the Siddur from which he prayed during his first years in Tel Aviv and Bnei Berak.
