Possibly, this leaf with the list of subscribers was omitted from most copies of the Sefer since the first subscriber listed is the Gaon Rav Rosh Av Beis Din of Warsaw, Rabbi Dov Berish Meislish, who, when the book was published, was persecuted by the Russian goverment because he supported the Polish national Movement, which rebelled against the Russian occupation in 1863. After the Polish rebellion was suppressed, Rabbi Meislish was exiled from Warsaw, being allowed to return only after several months and supervised by the police until his passing.
