The holy Gaon Rabbi Levi Yitzchak Greenwald [1893-1980] the son of the holy Gaon Rabbi Moshe the author of Arugas HaBosem. Before the war served as Av Beis Din of Orshiva, where the holy Rav of Satmar was also Rav, Piae, Vishak and Tzehlim. One of the greatest rabbis of the USA, vice president of the Union of Rabbis and president of Kollel Shomrei HaChomos. Author of Sefer Migdalos Mirkachim and one of the those who laid the foundations of the Mehadrin Kashrus in the USA and Canada.
