Short letter that was sent by the Union of Rabbis of the USA, to rabbis wherever they are, including the Gaon Rabbi Yekutiel Yehuda Greenwald of Siget, then Rav in Brooklyn and eventually Av Beis Din of Columubs – Ohio.

The letters asks about the state of Tahara and Mikvehs: ‘Is there a Kosher Mikveh in his community or city’, to which Rabbi Yekutiel Yehuda responded in his handwriting ‘Of course. A Kosher Mikveh with all its virtues’.

The second question is ‘If not, should one be built or campaigned’. Rabbi Yekutiel answers, after erasing the question, that it is good to publish English brochures.
