Letter of Semicha for a pious Shoches, handwritten by the Holy Rav Rabbi David Teitelbaum of Etshed the son of the Holy Rav Rabbi Avraham Aharon of Kolvasov and the grandson of the Yitav Lev of Siget. Etshed, 1932.
A special Semicha letter, by a Shoches and Bodek in Etshed, the Tzaddik Rav R. Yaakov Yosef Neiman, which was joined with lengthy lines of support and Senicha by the Holy Gaon Rabbi David Teitelbaum, the eldest grandson of the Holy Rav the Gaon the Yitav lev of Siget and the son of his eldest son the Holy Rav Rabbi Avraham Aharon of Kolvasov. Was born in 1870 and perished with the Jews of Hungary during the terrible Holocaust. The son-in-law of Rabbi Shimon Marius of Jeroslav. By the recommendation of his great uncle the author of Kedushas Yom Tov of Siget, he was appointed the Rav of Etshed near Munkatch and worked hard for Judaism and for its residents. His Sefer ‘Divrei David’ was published close to the war. His son who survived the Holocaust is the Holy Tzaddik R. Naftali of Etshed in Borough Park.
