Copy of the holy author! Divrei Elokim Chaim, the first that were published from the Torah of the holy Rav Rabbi Mordechai Sholom Yosef the Knesses Mordechai of Sadigura. First edition and booklet. 1938. A stamped copy with glosses handwritten by the author the Knesses Mordechai himself.
Knesses Mordechai, first booklet that was published in Premishla – Pshemishl in Shevas 1938, by the committee for printing the Imrei Kodesh of the Knesses Mordechai. A copy stamped with the personal stamp of the author, the holy Rav, on the back of the booklet.
Appearing in the booklet are three glosses handwritten by the author the Knesses Mordechai in square script, as was his custom.
The booklet contains a treasure trove of Imros Kodesh, Pitgamin and Sichos which were said by Maran the Knesses Mordechai in Wien, Pshemishl and elsewhere. In additon, Imros Tehoros by the fathers of the dynasty, the holy Rav Tiferes Yisroel of Ruzhin, his son the holy Rav Rabbi Avraham Yaakov [the first] of Sadigura, including a letter he sent to the famed philanthropist Sir Moses Montefiore. It should be noted that he is title Abir Yaakov, a title that was eventually given to the Sefer of his grandson rabbi Avraham Yaakov the second.
Maran the Holy Rav Rabbi Mordechao Sholom Yosef of Sadigura author of the Knesses Mordechai [1896-1979], one of the greatest Admorim of his generation and one of the most important leaders in recent generations. The son of the Holy Rav the Kedushas Aharon the son of the Holy Rav the Or Yisroel of Sadigura, at the age of 32 was appointed as a member of Moetzes Gedolei HaTorah and was its youngest member. Was appointed president of Keren HaTorah of Agudas Yisroel and was one of the leaders of the movement. Established a yeshiva for hundreds of boys in Pshemishl. Was a partner in many enterprises in the Land of Israel supporting the study of Torah, independent education, Beis Yaakov and a network of Torah lessons. In his days, the court of Sadigura expanded and developed in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Bnei Berak and elsewhere.
