Pedigreed copy of the Admor Rabbi Yaakov Yitzchak Shapiro of Blendov-Warsaw and Rabbi Chaim Dov of Bardejov: Shut Pnei Yitzchak.Yaroslav, 1905. First ediiton, bound with Chidushei Mahartza by the holy Rav Rabbi Zvi Elimelech of Dinov. Premishla, 1885.

* Shut Pnei Yitzchak, responsa on the four parts of the Shulchan Aruch [Yoreh Deah, Choshen Mishpas], by Rabbi Yitzchak Charif Av Beis Din of Ulyanov and Sombar. At its end Hagahos Rabbi Mordechai Zvi Teicher and a letter with innovations by Rabbi Pinchas Eliezer Av Beis Din of Krakovich. At its end a lament by Rabbi Aryeh Leib Teicher Av Beis Din of Tornigrad for the murder of Jews, the destruction of communities, synagogues and Sifrei Torah during the pogroms in Russia close to the publishing of the Sefer. With signatures and stamps of Rabbi ‘Chaim Dov Halberstam’ of Berdejov and Rabbi ‘Yaakov Yitzchak Shapiro who was born in Kozhnitz and now here in Dinov.

The holy Rav Rabbi Yitzchak Yaakov Shapiro of Blendov in Warsaw, the son of the holy Rav Rabbi Yosef Menachem [Rabbi Yosseleh] of Blendov the son of the holy Rav Rabbi Yaakov Yitzchak of Blendov the son of the holy Rav Rabbi Chaim Meir Yechiel the Saraf of Moglintz. Rabbi Yaakov Yitzchak was the son-in-law of Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Dinov. Served as Admor in Blendov and Warsaw and Perished in World War II. 

The holy Rav Rabbi Chaim Dov Halberstam of Bardejov, the on of the holy Rav Rabbi Shmuel of Bardejov the son of the holy Rav Rabbi Moshe the son of the holy Rav of Gorlitz. Rabbi Chaim Dov Berish was the son-in-law of the holy Rav Rabbi Yosef of Dinov and a relative of the Tzaddik Rav of Blendov, who also signed this copy. Passed away in the USA in 1971. 

Semi-leather binding almost completely detached, aging stains, some short tears to the edges of the leaves, fair-good condition.
