Handwritten notebook containing lessons on the Sugya DeChatzer ‘which I studied here in Paks with the Admor the author of Yalkus Eliezer 1893’. Has not been published.
Notebook of Torah lessons by a disciple of the holy Gaon Rabbi Eliezer Zussman Sofer the author of Yalkus Eliezer and one of the Geonim of Hungary in his time, handwritten entirely by a disciple, who keeps writing at the beginning of most of the passages ‘Asked the Gaon Admor’ or solutions in his name.
Writtenwith pen at the beginning of the notebook: ‘Torah innovations on Sugya DeChatzer which I studied here in Paks with the Admor the author of Yalkus Eliezer 1893’.
The great Gaon Rabbi Eliezer Zussman Sofer Av Beis Din of Paks (1825-1903), a holy Tzaddik, one of the greatest rabbis of Hungary. A disciple of Maran the Chasam Sofer, the Kesav Sofer and the Maharm Schick. Authored many important Seforim.
[17] written pp. placed in a binding of additional leaves with a kind of title page. Wear. A tear along the lower part of the leaves, not affecting the text. Eloquent script.
