A copy with the handwritten signature of Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac Auerbach, the Rav of Luntshitz, who writes שלחייך פרדס רמונים עם פרי עטי הק’ יצחק החונה פה ק"ק לינטשיץ’.

An additional ownership notation ‘From the estate of the Rav Berish Lastman’. 

The great Gaon Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac Auerbach [passed away in 1947] author of Divrei Chaim, father of the great Gaon the Imrei Binah and the son of author of Divrei Mishpas. The Rav of Dobra, Plotzk and eventually succeeded his father as the Rav of Luntshitz. His famed disciples included the Admor Rabbi Chanoch Henich of Alexander. Authored the Shut Divrei Chaim on Choshen Mishpas. 

168 leaves. 29 cm. Third edition. Written on the title page of this copy "Printed a second time" whereas there are other copies of this edition in which it was written "Printed a third time". 

Many moth perforations throughout the Sefer, affecting the text to a certain extent. Wear to the edges of the leaves. Renewed binding. Fair-good condition.
