[3], 27, 138 leaves. With the approbation by Rabbi Yom Tov Algazi. Signature and owner’s notations on the title page, including by Rabbi Avraham and Rabbi Rachamim Benvenisti. On the leaf with a foreword by the author’s son – written alongside the word "Chaim": "David Yosef Azulai" and beneath the signature a handwritten comment with words of praise and appreciation to the Or HaChaim HaKaddosh. With stamps "This Sefer belonged to the grandsons of the Admor of Tisa Salka" indicating that this copy was owned by the Gaon Rabbi Yosel Zvi Roth Av Beis Din of Tisa Salka.
The author Rabbi David Chaim Shmuel Chasan – a close disciple of the Or HaChaim HaKaddosh who immigrated with him to Jerusalem in 1742. Was one of the sages on the Knesses Yisroel Yeshiva. Signed a foreword to the the Sefer of his Rav, Rishon LeZion. In Jerusalem, served as a Dayan and in 1758 was sent as a Shadar to North Africa. On his way back, he reached Alexandria, where he served as Rav during the years 1765-1771. Then he moved to Livorno, where he served as Rosh Yeshiva and finally returned to Jerusalem.
Rabbi Rachamim Shnuer Benvenisti, one of the greatest sages of Jerusalem. In 1851, was sent as a Shadar to North Africa and passed away in Egypt. His innovations were introduced in Sefer Amtachas Binyomin. He was the father of Rabbi Yosef Bechor, a Shadar of the communities of Jerusalem and Hebron and Rosh Av Beis Din of the Sephardic community of Jerusalem.

The Holy Gaon Rabbi Yoel Zvi Roth Av Beis Din of Tisa Salka and the vicinity was the grandson of the holy Gaon Rabbi Yoel Zvi author of Shut Beis HaYotzer (one of the leading rabbis of Hungary) and was named after him. He married the daughter of the holy Rav Rabbi Chaim Shlomo the author of the Shmu’ah Tovah of Koson, the son of the holy Rav the author of Bnei Shileshim. Rabbi Yosef Zvi was famed for his vast knowledge of the Torah, the Bavli and Yerushalmi, Sifra, Sifri, Midrashim and the Ari’s writings.
