At its end, a calling voice by the rabbis of Jerusalem and the managers of its institutions from 1900 and letters of support by Consuls and rabbis, including Rabbi Shmuel Salant, Rabbi Eliyahu David Rabinowitz Te’omim (Aderet), Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak Hacohen Kook, the Maharil Diskin, Rabbi Shmuel Mohilever and Rabbi Chaim Chizkiyahu Medini the author of the Sdei Chemed.
These regulations were published after Rabbi Kook was appointed the Rav of Jaffa and the colonies in the late 1904 and before the passing of the Aderet in Adar 1905. This edition does not appear in the National Library or the Bibliography of the Hebrew Book and it is extremely rare.
No binding, aging stains, good condition.
