In section I, owner’s stamp "יואל בהה"צ זללה"ה" – the stamp of the holy Rav Rabbi Yoel Moskowitz of Schotz-Montreal.

Background: the author published a composition on Seder Taharos of the Mishna, whose page layout was similar to the Talmud Bavli.  This sefer caused a great controversy at the time, when many of Gedolei Hador objecting to this sefer fearing that with time it will be considered as a part of the Talmud Bavli. Therefore, the author printed the second section in a different layout, adding on top of each page the heading "Sefer Sidrei Taharos", and noting on the lower part of the pages that this is "compiled from the words of the Tana’im and the Amora’im". With this, the polemic calmed down.

This item is thus rare and unique, after the layout of the second section was altered due to the aforementioned controversy. It is accepted that this composition was actually done on the whole Seder Taharos; however, most of it was lost.
