The letter refers to the Chassid Gaon Rabbi Ephraim Yosef Ashkenazi, the son of the Tzaddik Rav Rabbi Yoel Ashkenazi of Zlotshov and the father of the Tzaddik Rav Rabbi Berish the father of the Tzaddik Rav Rabbi Feibush the loyal Meshamesh of the holy Rav of Satmar.
