Letter for the Ohel Moshe Yeshiva at the Beis Midrash of Maran the Saraf of Brisk Rabbi Yehoshua Leib Diskin and for the ascent of his soul, signed by the Rosh Av Beis Din of HaEidah HaChareidis Maran the Gaon Rabbi Zelig Reuven Bengis.
The letter was sent in 1941 to the philanthropists of Tel Aviv, not referring to a particular philanthropist. It is signed by the heads of the Ohel Moshe Kollel and yeshiva, Rabbi Aryeh Zvi Breuer and Rabbi Uri Nissan [?] the Gabai of the yeshiva. Appearing beneath their signatures is the handwritten signature of the Rosh Av Beis Din Rabbi Zelig Reuven Bengis and the initials of his title ‘Rabd’. The stamp of the institution also appears.
