Rabbi Moshe Halevi (1810-1910) a polymath, Sage and Dayan, who corresponded with the sages of his generation on many halachic questions. The son-in-law of Rabbi Chaim Nassih. Rosh Av Beis Din of Kushta since 1871 and Chacham Bashi of the Ottoman Empire.
