Part of a letter by the Gaon Rabbi Yitzchak Zvi Semiotitzkt, the Rosh Yeshiva of Toras Emes of London, a member of Mo’etzes Gedolei HaTorah, to the Ezras Torah organization for the Mir Yeshiva of Jerusalem. 

This letter begins in its middle with the words ‘It has [no] spiritual form that the homeowners say how to manage it’. He asks on behalf of the Mir Yeshiva, which he was its emissary, to raise funds for it. 

The Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Yitzchak Zvi [Zeidel] Semiotitzky [passed away in 1957] Rosh Yeshiva of Toras Emes of London. One of the leading members of Mo’etezs Gedolei HaTorah in Europe. The son-in-law of the Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Moshe Schneider the Rosh of the Yeshiva which was also known as the Scheinder’s Yeshiva. Was known in the yeshiva world as ‘Rabbi Zeidel Tiktiner’. Made efforts among Moroccan Jewry to teach its youth Torah and Mussar.
