Confirmation of bachelorhood handwritten, signed and with the stamp of Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak Bromberg, Av Beis Din of Grodziandez, to the rabbis of Alexandria. [1932].
A letter in which Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak Bromberg, Av Beis Din of Grodziandez, states that he knows the unmarried Mrs. Ester Leah the daughter of R. Yaakov Goldberg, "who is the daughter of one of the dignitaries of our city Bar orian and Bar Avahan the great rabbinic". [1932].
[1] leaf, 29 cm. Official stationery, rabbinic Ashkenazi script. Handwritten and signed by and with the stamp of Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak Bromberg, Av Beis Din of Grodziandez and the area. With the arrival of the letter to Alexandria, the commmunity scribe added on its lower part the content of Rabbi Bramberg’s letter in Oriental script.
Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak ben Rabbi Nosson Bromberg (1898-1975), was born in Ostrov-Mazoveitzk, Poland. Since 1930 served as Rav in Godzhansk. Since 1940 he was in the exiled Polish army in the East. In 1941, he immigrated to the Land of Israel. A letter to him is presented in the Tzofnat Pa’aneach Shut, A, Siman 289. Authored many Seforim including a series of Seforim on Gedolei Torah and Chassidus, "Rashi Vehayerushalmi", "Mekoros LePiskei HaRambam", "Chomas Yerushalayim" and more.
Filing holes, stains, fold marks, tiny tears not affecting the text, good condition.
