Letter with charity money to the poor of the Holy Land by means of the holy Rav Rabbi David Zvi Shlomo Biderman of Lelov and Kollel Wholin. 1880.
A letter that was sent by the Clerks and Administrators Fund of Amsterdam, Holland, signed by Meir Rubner and Rabbi Yaakov Halevi Sofer to the holy Tzaddik Rabbi David Zvi Shlomo Biderman of Lelov, who was responsible for the poor of Jerusalem, and with him the other heads of Kollel Wholin Rabbi Eliezer Heilperin and Rabbi Asher Segal.
Enclosed with their letter were 100 Franks and seventy French coins sent by the philanthropist and merchant Mr. Yaakov Valero and his friends the merchants to Eretz Yisroel and Jerusalem, which is money for the money sent by the important Baron Shimon Wolf, who was known as Baron Wilhelm Karl fon Rothschild by the dear honorable philanthropist Eduard Rosenheim, for Talmidei Chachamim, widows, orphans and decent poor.
