Holy and blessed! Pure silver Kiddush cup blessed by the holy Rav Rabbi Mordechai of Vizhnitz Monsey the author of Toras Mordechai and his son the Admor of Monsey Shalita.
Ornate silver Kiddush cup, sterling silver hallmarked Hazorfim 925S, on a stem per the Vizhnitz custom, with the inscription "This Kiddush cup was blessed by the Gaon Rav Rabbi Mordechai Hager Shalita Admor of Vizhnitz Monsey and his son the Gaon Rav Rabbi Yisroel Shalita Rosh Chodesh Tamuz 2005".
The holy Rav Rabbi Mordechai of Vizhnitz Monsey the author of Toras Mordechai [1922-2018] the son of the holy Rav the Imrei Chaim and grandson of the holy Rav the Ahavas Yisroel of Vizhnitz. A disciple of the Keren LeDavid of Satmar and Rabbi Yehuda of Székelyhíd. After the war, became the son-in-law of the holy Rav Rabbi Yaakov Yosef of Skvira and established the Vizhnitz court in the USA. After his father’s passing, served as the Admor of Vizhnitz in the USA.
Pure silver Kiddush cup, sterling 925 on a stem. Superficial scratches, a dent to the base causing the cup to wobble when put on a surface, except for this, very good condition.
