Lengthy letter on matters of charity handwritten by the Gaon Rabbi Zelig Reuven Bengis, one of the greatest Poskei Hador and Rosh Av Beis Din of HaEidah haChareidis of Jerusalem to the great Gaon Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak Klein Av Beis Din of Nuremberg.
The letter is handwritten entirely by the Gaon Rabbi Zelig Reuven Bengis and uncharacteristically, also hand-signed by him since he usually signed his letters with his signature-like stamp. In addition to his handwritten signature, his stamp also appears on the letter.
The letter deals with matters of charity and Hachnasas Kalah for one of the Tzaddikim of Jerusalem who was marrying his daughter. On the other side of the letter, Rabbi Bengis wrote the address of Rabbi Davidovich who was addressing this important Mitzvah.
Rabbi Bengis ends his letter with blessings for philanthropists to support this important family and for those acting for this important Mitzvah.
