First edition! Shulchan Aruch be Rabbeinu the Admor Hazaken the Rav author of the Tanya. Hilchos Nidah, Shechita, Treifos and Shut. Kopust 1814. 

Contains the nine rare leaves of the holy Sefer Pri HaAretz by the holy Rav Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Vitebsk which include some of his letters and letters by the holy Rav Rabbi Avraham of Kalisk. 

Sefer Shulchan Aruch Admor Hazaken on Hilchos Nidah, one of the first sections that were printed of Shulchan Aruch Admor Hazaken the Rav author of the Tanya, immediately after his passing in 1813. 

The first section on Hilchos Pesach was printed in Shklow and included all the approbations, forewords and bans forbidding the printing of the Sefer elsewhere. 

The first edition included the second section which contained Hilchos Nidah, the last Kuntres, Hilchos Shechita, some Hilchos Treifos and Shut. It was printed by the rabbinic Naggid Rabbi Yisroel ben Yitzchak Yoffe in Kopust, 1814. 

The important Chassid printer Rabbi Yisroel Yoffe, also known as the Printer of Kopust, was a disciple of the holy Rav of Vitebsk and was close to the holy Rav Ba’al HaTanya, even carrying him on his shoulders after his release on Yat Kislev 1799. 

The Printer of Kopust printed in that year – 1814 – the important Chassidic Sefer Pri HaAretz by the holy Rav Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Vitebsk, with 9 leaves with his holy letters and holy letters by Rabbi Avraham of Kalisk, which were written from Eretz Yisroel to his Chassidim and disciples.

In most copies of the holy Sefer Pri HaAretz 1814, these nine leaves are missing and they are most rare.

The last leaf with the rare approbation, which is missing from most copies of the Sefer.

This copy contains these rare leaves, bound inside the Sefer of his beloved friend the holy Rav Ba’al HaTanya.

[1], 48; 54; [16] [9] leaves. 23 cm. Greenish paper. varied notations on the title page, wide margins, with moth perforations, completion on the margins of the title page and some leaves, a slightly open tear at the center of the last leaf, new binding.
