Letters pertaining to Hataras Agunos to and by the famed Gaon Rabbi Eliezer Silver, the future president of the Union of Rabbis of the USA and Canada, when he was Rav in Pennsylvania, 1924.
* Letter by Rabbi Yaakov Shalita, Av Beis Din of Tornopol for Hataras Agunah whose husband travelled to the USA and there is fear that the Gett that was already sent was done by dishonest rabbis.
* The letter of response, on the official stationery of the Gaon Rav Rabbi Eliezer Silver, who describes in detail his actions for the woman and rendering the Gett kosher.
