Early postcard letter handwritten and signed by Maran the Steipler, for supporting the Novhardok Yeshiva in Pinsk. 1933.
The entire postcard is handwritten by him and was sent to the Gaon Rabbi Aharon Bereg, a leading Rosh Yeshiva who operated on behalf of Va’ad HaYeshivos in Lithuania. His letter describes the terrible situation of the yeshiva.
The Steipler ends with a blessing for longevity.
Maran the Steipler added his handwritten signature, as who used to sign in the Diaspora "Kanievsky".
