Letter of Semicha and a special recommendation handwritten by Maran the Gaon Rabbi Yosef Sholom Elyashiv to a young Talmid Chacham who was tested by him. Not dated.
In the unique letter, the Gaon Rabbi Yosef Sholom Elyashiv notes the Torah greatness, sharpness, understanding and knowledge characterizing the study of the excellent Avrech Rabbi Meir Weinstock.
In the 15 lines, the Gaon Rabbi Yosef Sholom Elyashiv praises the Talmid Chacham and notes a Kuntres he received from him which is also laden with Torah.
In the last lines, enthusiastic blessings by the Gaon Rabbi Yosef Sholom Elyashiv.
