The personal copy of Rabbeinu Yosef Dober of Brisk: Ravid HaZahav, on the Tprah, by Rabbi Dov Ber [Trivish]. Hrodna (Grodno), [1797]. First edition, rare. 

Sefer Ravid HaZahav, Talmudic rules in the Drashos of the Torah, "to connect the two Toros, the written and the oral", by the Dayan of Vilna, Rabbo Dov Ber ben Rabbi Yehuda Leib. Barich ben Yosef Press, Hrodna, [1797]. Rare. With stamps "Rabbi Yosef Dober Halevi Soloveitchik", author of Shut Beis Halevi. The first of the Brisk dynasty, the Rav of Slutzk and Brisk. 

3-60, 63-99, [1], 100-151 [i.e. 154], [1] leaves. [2] leaves including the title page, the approbations and forewords are missing from this copy and have been completed with a photocopy. Stamp of Rabbi Soloveitchik and an owner’s signature "Chaim Avraham ben Rabbi Yehuda Segal" on the last page.
