Chumash Bamidbar that was printed by the holy Rav Rabbi Moshe Shapiro of Slavuta, 1818. The personal copy studied by the holy Rav the Divrei Shmuel of Slonim, the grandson and successor of the Yessod HaAvodah. 

The copy was inherited by his son the holy Rav Rabbi Yissacher Leib of Slonim, who stamped ‘I have inherited from the estate of the Admor of Slonim Yissachar Leib Weinberg’. In addition, handwritten notations ‘Belongs to the Admor Shalita of Slonim‘ and an obscured signature ‘Shmuel’. Additional ownership notations. 

In Parashas Nassoh, the Admor the holy Rav the Divrei Shmuel adds to the words of the holy Or HaChaim and elucidates them, an entire line handwritten by him. 

The holy Rav Rabbi Shmuel the author of the Divrei Shmuel of Slonim [1850-1916] the grandson and successor of Yessod HaAvodah. A leading disciple also of the holy Rav Rabbi David Moshe of Chortekov. Like his grandfather, he headed Kollel Reisin and supported the Chassidic Yishuv of Tiberius and the other holy cities of Eretz Yisroel. 

200 leaves. 21.5 cm. Title page with red lettering. Greenish paper. Stains of use. Moth perforations throughout the Sefer, professionally restored. Professional restoration to the corners. New, impressive leather binding. Good-very good condition.
