[3], 115; 74 leaves. Separate title page for section II. With [20] handwritten glosses, most of them in the name of the writer’s Gaon father. The first gloss begins with the words "כתב אאמו"ר הגאון זצ"ל על הגליון וז"ל".

renewed binding, stains, with traces of fungus, some moth holes, blemishes and folds to the edges of the first leaves.
