[2] leaves, old paper, Ashkenazic script. The version appearing in this manuscript was eventually printed in Sefer Zichron Yaakov Yosef (Jerusalem, [1932]), which was published with approbations by Rabbi Yosef Chaim Sonnenfeld, the Badatz of the Ashkenazim of Jerusalem and more.
Blemishes to the edges of the leaves, fold marks and tears along the fold lines, stains, gluing, fair condition.
