Sefer Shnei Luchos Habris by Rabbeinu HaShelah HaKadosh, bound with Sefer vavei HaAmudim, which is a kind of foreword to the Shelah by his son Rabbi Shabtai Horowitz. The Press of Henech ben Leib Buchbinder, Furth and Nuremberg, [1762-1764]. The personal copy of the disciple of the Chasam Sofer, rabbi Wolf Chayut. 

[2], 421 [i.e. 120]; 8, 8-44 [i.e. 36] leaves. Ownership notation "this Sefer belongs to … Wolf Chayut" and with Rabbi wolf’s handwritten signature. 

Rabbi Binyomin Ze’ev Wolf Chayut (passed away in 1846), Av Beis Din of Palota, a disciple of the Chasam Sofer and Rabbi Levi Folk Av Beis Din of Stampi. Authored innovations on the Shas and a Shut. See: Ishim Betshuvos Chasam Sofer, p. 90.
