Document of transfer of funds to the members of the Chevra Kaddisha Nossei HaMitah from Kollel Wholin, before Passover 1942, signed by the leading sages of the Kollel including the Saba Rabbi Yisroel Ber Odesser.

The document, which confirms that Nossei HaMitah recieved assistance for Passover by Kollel Wholin in 1942, is signed by the leading rabbis of Jerusalem and its sages, members of Kollel Wholin, including the famed Chassid Rabbi Yosef Segal, Rabbi Baruch Yitzchak Lederman, Rabbi Chaim Asher Lederman, Rabbi Baruch Board, Rabbi Yitzchak Leib Board, Rabbi Zvi Friesand, Rabbi Yerucham Bernstein and many more.

At the end of the list, the handwritten signature of the Saba, Ba’al HaPetek, Rabbi Yisroel Ber Odesser, famed for publishing the wonderous Petek he had found ‘נ נח נחמ נחמן מאומן’.

[2] leaves on official stationery of Kollel Wholin including the signatures of the rabbis of had received the funds. Slightly torn fold marks. Considerable wear. Good condition.
