Lengthy letter on two leaves handwritten by Maran the holy Rav of Skolen Rabbi Eliezer Zussia the author of Noam Eliezer to the great Gaon the Minchas Yitzchak Gaon Av Beis Din of HaEidah HaChareidis.
In his letter he writes that he wanted to print his Totah innovations and his father’s the Tzaddik Rav Rabbi Yisroel Avraham Partigol, ‘Shem VeShe’eris Yisroel’, on Hilchos Shabbas known as Kuntres HaShabbas and therefore he is appealing to the Rosh Av Beis Din of HaEidah HaChareidis of Jerusalem the great Gaon Rabbi Yitzchak Yaakov Weiss, the future Rav of Jerusalem and author of Minchas Yitzchak, to add to what he had already printed in his name in the first edition of the Sefer and include additional sections of the letter Rabbi Weiss had written to the Rav of Skolen.
The Rav of Skolen signed the initials of his name and the date ‘Yomei DeHanukkah’ [the year is unclear].
[2] handwritten leaves on the official stationery of the holy Rav of Skolen. Considerable fold marks. Wear and small tears. Good-very good condition.
