Polemic! Kollel Marmarosh and its leading rabbis against a forged broadside against the Kollel. The protest is signed by leading rabbis headed by the Tzaddik Rav Rabbi Avraham Yehoshua Heshil Rabin of Jasło, the future Av Beis Din of Safed.
In Elul 1897, a protest was published denying that a broadside against Kollel Marmarosh was signed by leading rabbis, the Gabaim and leaders of Kollel Marmarosh.
The signatories including the following Vizhnitz and Kosov Chassidim: רבי יוסף אהרן ברוך מווילחאוויטץ, רבי מענדיל יעקב שטערן, רבי מרדכי מאמאר מווישווא, רבי שלמה יהודא כהנא מווישווע, רבי אברהם זאב אפל מבארשא, רבי יואל מרדכי גינאד, רבי זאב בן צבי מיבאדעשט, רבי דוב בריל ב"ר מאיר אייזיק, רבי צבי דוב מביטשקעוו, רבי מאיר זעליג מקרעטנשיף ורבי צבי הירש פעריל משאץ
Confirming all these signature is the pure signature of the Tzaddik Rav Rabbi Avraham Yehoshua Heshil of Jasło – Safed.
His handwritten signature appears on a line handwritten by him and with his round stamp.
[1] lines paper. Considerable traces of tape on the fold lines, affecting the text. Torn fold marks were restored with tape that makes the reading difficult. A small hole and stains. Good condition.
