Receipt for money that was sent from Safed and Tiberius to the famed Tzaddik Rabbi Mordechai of Rachmastrivka in Jerusalem. 1909.
The Gabai and Parnas Rabbi Elimelech Perlman, one of the leaders of the Chassidic community of Jerusalem, asks the important Rav Rabbi Eliyahu Eisenstein of Jerusalem to give some of the funds received by Kollel Vohlin to the Tzaddik Rav Rabbi Mordechai Twersky of Rachmastrivka on behalf of Safed and Tiberius. The letter was sent in Sivan 1909.
