Mishpatei Shvu’os, first edition, Venice 1602. The personal copy of the Gaon Rabbi Binyomin Wolf Boskovich, the author of Seder Mishna and the son of the Machatzis HaShekel. 

Composition on Hilchos Shvu’os by Rabbeinu Hai Gaon and Dinei mamonos by him. Also includes "Shita Chadasha for Bereshis Rabba on Jacob’s blessings to his son" and "Brayta DeMelches HaMishkan" implied by Rashi on the Torah found hidden in the house of the Sage Rabbi Ezra of Fano. 

Published by the Sage Rabbi Levi Shamlau and proofread by the above Sage Nissim Shushan. Printed here in Venice by the order of Daniel Zenati. 

The famed Gaon Rabbi Binyomin Wolf Boskovich [1740-1818] one of the leading rabbis of Hungary, author of Seder Mishna and the son of the famed Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Halevi of Kelin the author of Machatzis HaShekel, the beloved friend of Maran the Chasam Sofer who corresponded with him on Halacha and Divrei Torah. Since 1782 Av Beis Din of Assad and since 1786, Av Beis Din of Prostitz.
