Eileh HaMiztvos Warsaw, 1887. Which had belonged to the Holy Rav Rabbi Yisroel of Husiatyn, with lines handwritten by him. Bound with two additional Seforim.
On the title page, the stamp of the Holy Rav Rabbi Yisroel of Husiatyn. On the flyleaf, an important notation handwritten by him on the severity of Issur Ribis, even to a gentile and the matter of Gezel Akum.
In the Sefer, another ownership stamp in a foreign laguage and an unusual stamp which is a kind of Jazkaras neshamos referring to the names of two Chassidim and their mother’s name. ‘יחיאל אהרן בן זלאטא שארף מש בן חוה סימא בתי’ זיידמאן‘.

The holy Rav Rabbi Yisroel of Husiatyn [1858-1948] was frequently called by the Holy Rabbi Aharon of Belz ‘Tzaddik Yessod Olam’. The son of the holy Rav Rabbi Mordechai Sheraga of Husiatyn and the last grandson of the holy Rav Rabbi Yisroel of Ruzhin. Was revered and appreciated by all the Tzaddikim of his generation. During the Holocaust, headed those who came to the gravesite of Or HaChaim HaKaddosh to pray for the salvation of Yisroel. A great Gaon, who made efforts to hide the fact. Nevertheless, he was famed for his Torah greatness.

Very dry paper, fragile and brittle. Stains, tears, reinforcements to the title page and several additional leaves. Blemishes and wear. Old, slightly damaged binding, fair condition.
