Shut Chavos Yair by Rabbi Yair Bachrach. The personal copy of Maran the holy Rav Rabbi Yekutiel Yehuda Teitelbaum, author of the Yitav Lev, of Siget, with his handwritten signature and a gloss and of his son, the holy Rav Rabbi Moshe Yosef of Ujhel.  

Shut Chavos Yair, Sudilkov, 1834. The book that was studied by the holy Rav the Yitav Lev of Siget. 

On the title page, his abbreviated handwritten signature: "ייטב"ל" and his round stamp ‘Yekutiel Yehuda Teitelbaum. In addiiton, a handwritten notation ‘the Rav Av Beis Din here in Stropkov’ indicating the book is from when he lived in Stropkov. 

A single gloss handwritten by him in Siman 80: ‘וכ"כ האו"ז סי’ פ"ו’ [=וכן כתב האור זרוע סימן פ"ו’.

On the flyleaf, notations handwritten by his holy son Rabbi Moshe Yosef Av Beis Din of Ujhel, ‘Rabbi Moshe Yosef Ujheler’, which is very rare. 

In addition, a pencil notation by the Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Sholom Wider Av Beis Din of Niredhaz according to which the book belongs to the great Gaon, the famed Tzaddik, the Yitav Lev, with the date: B Shmini 1883. Many Latin notations on the flyleaves including ‘Teitelbaum’ Siget and more. 

Signature of the Gabai Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Sammet on the title page and an additional leaf inside the book.
