The letter was sent to his brother-in-law’s son-in-law, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Hacohen, the son-in-law of the the Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Avraham, thew son and successor of the Tzaddik Rabbi Yeshaya of Kerestir.
The paper is cut and some words are missing.
The Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Reuven Chaim Klein [1884-1944] the son of the rabbinic Rabbi Zvi Dov Klein, leader of the Munkatch community and son-in-law of the famed holy Rav Rabbi Yeshaya of Kerestir. Studied Torah with Rabbi Nethanel Hacohen Fried, Av Beis Din of Oivarosh. A leading disciple of the Tzaddikim of Munkatch. His Sefer mateh Reuven survived the war in Europe.
The Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Menachem Mendel Kahana Hacohen, Dayan and Moreh Hora’ah in Homna, the son-in-law of the holy Rav Rabbi Avraham, the son and successor of Rabbi Yeshaya Kerestir, who continued his father’s tradition of Hachnasas Orchim, feeding and dressing the poor and Hachnasas Kalah.
