In each volume, several stamps of ‘Yehoshua the son of the late Rav Moharshal of Sosnovich now in Ostrova" – the stamps of the holy Rav Rabbi Yehoshua of Ostrova the son of the holy Rav Rabbi Shlomo Leib of Lentshno and the father of the Biala dynasty. 

Set in an extremely rare condition! Kehilos Moshe, the Bible with many commentators on the leaf on which they were previously printed, with an addition of many commentaries. Edited and printed by the Dayan Rabbi Moshe of Frankfurt, Amsterdam, [1724-1728]. Single edition. [4] sections in [8] volumes. Complete set, with [2] leaves missing from the leaves with the approbations. 

* Section I, on the Torah, [1724], with an addition of the following commentators: the Ralbag, Chizkuni, Imrei Noam, Sforno, Kometz HaMinchah and more.

* Section II, Nevi’im Rishonim, [1726]. With an addition of the commentators: Kli Yakar, Maharam Alsheich and Lev Aharon.

– Volume 4. Mekachim: 249-378 leaves.

[4] title pages; one for each section. With several owner’s signatures including signatures of Rabbi Nosson Note Berliner of Piotrkow and with ownership stamps including of Yitzchak Nosson Note Peril Mutter and Rabbi Yehoshua ben Rabbi Mihrshel of Sosnovich and Ostorov. 

The holy Rav Rabbi Yehoshua of Ostrova (passed away in 1873) the Rav of Sosnovich and Ostrova, the son of the holy Rav Rabbi Shlomo Yehuda Leib of Lentshno who was a disciple of the Chozeh of Lublin. After his father’s passing, in 1843, was appointed Admor. For thirty years was the Rav of thousands of Chassidim. Some of his Divrei Torah were published in his Sefer Toldos Adam. His successor was the holy Rav the Divrei Binah of Biala. 

Renewed bindings, stains, some tears, blemishes and taping. [2] leaves are missing of Ibn Yichyeh’s foreword. Good condition.
