Responsum handwritten by the famed Gaon Rabbi Binyomin Solnik the author of Masses Binyomin, a disciple of the Maharshal and the Remah.
Manuscript on the two pages of a leaf, printed in his responsa Masses Binyomin, with minor textual variations.
The Gaon Rabbi Binyomin Aharon Solnik (1530-1620), a leading disciple of the Maharshal and the Remah, the Maharam and the Maharash of Lublin. Rav in Silesia and eventually, the Rav of the Council of Four Lands. Passed away in Krakow.
[2] pp. Wear to edges. Small tears, not significantly affecting the text. The ink is slightly erased. Good condition.
