Letter on charity matters written by the Tzaddik Rav Rabbi Yom Tov Lipman Rabin the son of the holy Rav Rabbi Shmuel Aharon of Kratshin to the holy Rav Rabbi Shlomo of Bobov [the first]. Jerusalem, 1901.
In his letter, he mentions the greatness of his father Rabbi Shmuel Aharon Rabin of Kratshin.
Rabbi Yom Tov Lipman notes that since his father’s passing and his immigration to the Holy Land in 1897, he has encountered many problems and his situation was dire.
Therefore, he asks the holy Rav Rabbi Shlomo of Bobov to send money from Kolell Galicia or any other charity and he, in return, will pray for the holy Rav of Bobov and all that is his at the holy places of Eretz Yisroel.
The letter is not signed and might have possibly been a draft.
