The Segulah of the leftover pieces of the Afikoman is a true and tried Segulah for wealth, good health, sons and protection in all matters. Its initial source is tractate Sukkos, leaf 38: ‘שיירי מצוה מעכבין את הפורענות’.
In Sefer Kitzur HaShelah, in Hanhagos Leil HaSeder, this Segulah is introduced.
