Letter by the great Gaon Rabbi Shimshon Aharon Polansky the Rav of Teplik, with a lengthy addition handwritten by the great Gaon Rabbi Zelig Reuven Bengis and the great Gaon Rabbi Isser Zalman Meltzer, on matters of charity for the poor. Jerusalem, 1945.
Extremely rare letter, signed by the great Gaon of Teplik for the important charity organization ‘Mifal Ezra Lanitzrachim’ which supported poor rabbis and sages, with blessings to all the donors. With his handwritten signature and stamp.
Beneath his signature, 10 lines handwritten and signed by the great Gaon Rabbi Bengis, then Rosh Av Beis Din of Jerusalem, who writes ‘וכל המשתתף במצוה זו ידע נאמנה בבטחון גמור כי יתנהג הכל באמונה בצדק ובמשפט אמת..ויתברכו כל המסייעים בכל הנצרך.
Rabbi Bengis added his handwritten signature and his stamp.
On verso of the leaf, six lines handwritten by the great Gaon Rabbi Isser Zalman Meltzer, the president of Mo’etzes Gedolei Hatorah, the head of Etz Chaim and previously, the Rav of Slutzk. With his handwritten signature and stamp.
