Set of Sifrei Nevi’im and Ketuvim, Vilna 1874-1884 edition, which had belonged to the holy Rav Rabbi Alter of Sosnovitza – Lelov, elegant and impressive. 


Set of five volumes, Nevi’im and Ketuvim, without Chamesh Megilos, with the pedigreed stamps of the wonder-worker The Holy Rav Rabbi Avraham Bezalel Nosson Note Biderman of Sosnovitza, ‘Der Eretz Yisroel Rabbi’. 

The numerous stamps are from his time in Jerusalem and Poland. In one case, he signed his name with pen. Some additional ownership notations. 

The Holy Rav Rabbi Avraham Bezalel Nosson Note Biderman "Rabbi Alter" of Sosnovitza [1862-1933] was the son of the Holy Rav Rabbi Elazar Menachem Mendel of Lelov and the brother of the Holy Rav Rabbi David Zvi Shlomo [Rabbi Dudel]. Returned to Poland from Jerusalem and served as an Admor in Sosnovitza, where he became renowned as a lofty wonder-worker and Oved Hashem.

5 volumes. Many stamps on all volumes. Slight wear and fragile and dry leaves. Several tears. Complete set. New, elegant leather bindings. Very good condition.
