Lengthy halachic responsum handwritten by the Chassid Gaon Rabbi Yisroel Ze’ev Mintzberg Rosh Av Beis Din of the Chassidim of Jerusalem to the Gaon Kabbalist Rabbi Ovadya Hadaya the author of Yaskil Avdi and the Rosh Yeshiva of Beis El. 1939.
In his letter, which begins with words of honor, he expresses his gratitude for his book Yaskil Avdi, which he received from the author and then discusses in depth several halachic issues, including the roots of the Mitzvah of Yichud Hashem.
Rabbi Hadaya added several words at the top of the letter he had received.
