A document signed by the Dayanim of the Beis Din of the Ashkenazic communities of Jerusalem, headed by the Posek Hora’ah Maran the Gaon Rabbi Zvi Pesach Frank, confirming that they have received money for the holy Rav Rabbi Shlomkeh of Zvhil and his grandson the holy Rav the Yekara DeMalka. 1933.

In the letter by the important Dayanim, which was sent to the management of the Otzar HaChessed organization of Jerusalem, the organization is asked to deliver the money that was donated by the philanthropist Mrs. Breindel Lerner to [the holy Rav] Rabbi Shlomo Goldman [of Zvhil] to be given to his grandson Rabbi Mordechai Goldman, who succeeded his as Admor, the holy Rav the author of Yekara DeMalka.

This unique document is signed by the great Gaon Rabbi Zvi Pesach Frank Rosh Av Beis Din of Jerusalem, one of the greatest Ba’alei Hora’ah, the author of Har Zvi and Mikra’ei Kodesh and by the famed Gaon Dayan Rabbi Eliyahu Rom and the Gaon Rabbi Yechiel Michl Horowitz of Jerusalem, who was known as Reb Michl Dayan.
